3 ways to turn your commute into productive hours
Waking up early in the morning and using the time for working on what is hard for you to make time for during daytime can be a life changing habit. Time you can make in the morning by waking up 30 minutes or an hour early is very valuable.
Also, there is time you can create by doing certain things during time, which is otherwise wasted. In this article, we talk about what you can do to turn your commute time and waiting time into productive minutes and hours.

HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training
This training brings you to high beats per minute and can be a very effective way for you to burn calories and fat and stay lean. One caveat may be it is as the name suggests, “highly intense”.
